Shipment processing time
Our team endeavors to process and ship orders within 2-3 working days. In case of peak seasons or high volumes of orders, your shipment might take a few additional days to be delivered. For our International customers, minimal shipping charges will be applicable and this will be charged at the time of order booking. The shipment will be delivered by one the following carriers:
Tracking an order
Once you’ve successfully placed an order our website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking code. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Look for “Orders” under the “My Account” section and enter your Order no. and E-mail to proceed. Order will be effective on the same day as long as they are made before 2:00 p.m. (Those made after that will be processed the next day).
Osvag is not responsible for delays in the orders due to causes beyond our company.
We know how exciting receiving a package can be and that’s why we put in extra care into the packaging. Expect each Osvag piece to come in a beautiful box accompanied with a pouch, for storage of the product when not in use. We consider it our responsibility to deliver the product at your doorstep, and as a part of assuring that the product is perfect, we urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
SHIPPING INFORMATION - INTERNATIONAL
International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / Aramex. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We do not offer refunds on purchases made on email@example.com or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our help desk +91 9599732144 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.
